Sales Surge and Shipping Delays

Currently, we are experiencing an unprecedented sales surge due to a very high demand for our products.  We are extremely flattered with all of these sales and the heartfelt response that we've received for these products that are 100% American Made, made right here in Columbiana, Ohio.  We appreciate everyone supporting our small business and choosing to spend their hard earned money on products that are proudly made here in the USA.

That being said, we are a very small business.  We have only a handful of employees, and they are working long hours to try to keep up with the demand.  All of our fire pits and accessories (other than our fire tools) are 100% make to order.  These are not products that we have large pre-made inventories that are just awaiting shipment.  Your fire pit is made when your order is placed online.  Our website processes your order and your payment, and your order is then scheduled for production.  After your order is made, it is packaged and prepared for carrier pick up.  Right now, our lead times are currently about 1 - 2 weeks out on average.  You may get it much sooner, or it may be later if it is more of an artisan piece.  We are currently filling multiple FedEx and UPS trucks on a daily basis, so just because the order is ready to ship does not mean that it is physically able to fit on the truck the day that it was supposed to pick up.  For this reason we are not quoting estimated ship/delivery dates.  Our shipping representatives have told us that they are also seeing an increased surge, nationwide, in their parcel shipments.  This cumulative volume in e-commmerce ordering/shipping is creating challenges for carriers on a national level.  We know that many people are preparing for Memorial Day, and if you need a fire pit in time for that date, we may not be the best option for you right now.  As much as I would appreciate your business, I don't want to give the illusion that we are a "2 Day Prime" kind of warehouse.

Orders are fulfilled in the order that they are placed and based on the material/inventory we have on hand at the time of order.  For multi-piece shipments, we will be shipping items that are available first, and the remainder of the order as it becomes available.  Tracking information is assigned to the order when it is placed.  Orders may show that they are ready to ship, but tracking information will not show movement until the order is actually picked up by the carrier.

I appreciate everyone's support and patience at this time as we work to keep up with this demand.  I started this business in my garage 11 years ago with a simple eBay listing that eventually led to our first online account.  I am so very thankful for our hardworking guys in the shop (Tyler & Ryan), our families, our friends, and all of the people along they way that had an impact on what we do today.  And we thank you, the customer!  Thank you so much for being a part of this amazing journey with us!
