"As both a manufacturer and retailer, our company has experienced a very volatile 2021 regarding the supply chain crisis and drastically increased material costs. As lead times are beginning to normalize, we know that there is a busy purchasing season ahead. The autumn months are routinely some of our busier months and those leads right into the Holiday shopping season. We are anticipating ordering volume to pickup on a nationwide scale as we head into the Holiday season, and many other retailers are suggesting that customers keep extended lead times in mind when beginning their Holiday shopping. We will provide updates if and when we see lead times begin to drag out past our usual timeframe.
"Curbside Pick Up" has proven to be a very popular option to our local customers. As a result, we will continue to offer this option for customers who place their order in advance and wish to pick up their order directly at our facility. For your safety and ours, we will not be accepting payments in any form at our facility. Pick up orders must be placed ahead of time and paid for at the time of order. Arrangements will then be made to pick up the order outside of our facility. There will be no public appointments within our shop at this time, for the safety of our customers and our employees.
