Well, it's been a very unpredictable 2020 to say the least. We went into the New Year expecting a very calm and predictable (for an election year) 2020. As you know, COVID-19 threw everything for a loop starting in March. As a result, we've experienced unprecedented strains on both our supply chain and our shipping partners. We've even weathered material shortages due to a strike at one of our producer mills. While were are back to pre-COVID lead times currently, we are expecting a very busy and chaotic retail Holiday season.
We're currently in the middle of our Fall Season, which is always quite busy, but we are expecting a large retail surge to begin in November as customers begin their Holiday shopping online. We will do our best to communicate lead times as we begin to see increased buyer demand in relation to the product we have on hand an in our supply chain.
Unfortunately, this increased demand has placed several challenges with our shipping partners. For those reasons, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Please take this into consideration when placing your order, and give yourself ample time from the time you place your order to the time you need to receive your order.
Although our shop is closed to the public for the remainder of the year, we will be continuing our "Curbside Pickup" policy:
"We will be allowing a "curbside pick up" option for customers who place their order in advance and wish to pick up their order directly at our facility. For your safety and ours, we will not be accepting payments in any form at our facility. Pick up orders must be placed ahead of time and paid for at the time of order. Arrangements will then be made to pick up the order outside of our facility. There will be no public appointments within our shop at this time, for the safety of our customers and our employees."
