Retail Holiday Season Lead Times (December 2020)

Our Holiday season is well underway, and for the most part, we are happy to say that we are still fairly close to our pre-COVID lead times.  We have worked through a recent supply chain issue that was caused by a strike at a local steel mill, and the much needed steel for inventory is back at the levels that we require.

We are less than one month away from Christmas, and there are some products that have lead times that may pose an issue for "in-time" delivery for Christmas.  Spark Screens are currently at a 3 - 4 week lead time from the time of order.  Artisan Fire Pits are currently at 2 - 2.5 weeks out from the time of order.  Please take this into consideration when Holiday shopping on our website.

Regarding shipping and delivery times, we do not guarantee delivery times.  Our shipping partners have already suspended service guarantees for the remainder of the year, and we therefore cannot offer any delivery time guarantees.  We suggest placing any Artisan orders as soon as possible so that we have a shot at getting it manufactured and shipped as soon as possible.  As we get closer to the Holiday, more of our faster shipping items, as well as our popular e-Gift Cards, can be a better option.  We are happy to communicate our best guess regarding to lead times, please call or email us for this.

Lastly, although our shop is closed to the public for the remainder of the year, we will be continuing our "Curbside Pickup" policy:

"We will be allowing a "curbside pick up" option for customers who place their order in advance and wish to pick up their order directly at our facility.  For your safety and ours, we will not be accepting payments in any form at our facility.  Pick up orders must be placed ahead of time and paid for at the time of order.  Arrangements will then be made to pick up the order outside of our facility.  There will be no public appointments within our shop at this time, for the safety of our customers and our employees."
